On my scouting ride alone, I drank:
24 and 20 ounces of powdered Gatorade mix from home
32 ounces at lunch
32 ounces at a gas station
two 24 ounces at a deli
I forget how much each bottle cost me but I'd say I spent a good $10+ on hydration. $10 * 90 days = at least $900 in Gatorade. Someone, get me sponsorship for this drink!
